Spyglass Hill Clubhouse

Featuring a large party area, kitchen and two bathrooms (and available folding tables and chairs), the Spyglass Hill Clubhouse is an ideal setting for Spyglass Hill residents’ celebrations and gatherings: birthday, graduation, anniversary, holiday and special occasion parties; family reunions, company parties, bridal and baby showers, book club meetings, the clubhouse may be rented by Spyglass Hill residents in good standing. During swim season use of the pool is available with clubhouse rentals.

Starting January 2023 Rental fees

• January – March – $150
• October- December  – $150
• April- September- $200.
• Pool use will be extra $50. Please contact metro pools for extra lifegaurd for your party
